Return Policy

Here we explain how we handle the return of your goods.


Please read our return policy to verify that your purchase is eligible for a return. If your purchase does qualify for a return, then click here to start your return. You will receive a response in 1 - 2 business days.

CFC healthcare return policy

If your return is the result of a Delivery error on our end, CFC will refund the entire purchase amount and return Delivery costs. However, CFC is not responsible for re-delivery, specifically if you type in an incorrect address online or if you enter a P.O. Box. Your satisfaction is our top priority.

  • All returns must have a return authorization approval that CFC has given.
  • Returnable products may be returned up to 1 - 2 days after delivery or at the same time when you received your product.
  • Product must be in new, fit to be an offered-for-sale condition. Safety seals cannot be opened or broken.
  • All parts and accessories must be included and in original packaging.
  • Delivery fees are non-refundable and the cost of return Delivery is the responsibility of the customer.
  • If your order is delivered for free and you are returning it, we will deduct the original outbound delivery costs from your refund.
  • If your return is the result of a defective product or Delivery error, CFC will refund the entire purchase amount and return Delivery costs.
  • Delivery errors must be reported within 1 day of delivery.
  • Some products are non-returnable. See below for details.
  • refunds or warranty claims for certain goods are only possible if the manufacturer or supplier has given you the warranty terms and certain goods are in requested conditions.
  • Card payment purchases are returned with additional bank charges added.
  • Items that leave the Western province are non-returnable.
  • Orders from outside the western provinces may not be applicable for return or refund. On any deliveries that outside the western provinces are not received, we will file a claim with the delivery company. Orders will not be reprocessed until the delivery source responds with a resolution and a refund.

Products are non-returnable

We would love to process every return that comes our way because we understand that a return can result from a simple mistake, change in diagnosis and more however, due to health and safety concerns, we cannot take back everything.

Some items by their nature are simply non-returnable. In fact, some items will state in their description that they are non-returnable. Other non-returnable products are defined below.
  • Anything opened, used, or tried on.
  • Temperature sensitive products.
  • Opened personal care items.
  • Covid-19 precaution products.
  • Raised toilet seats and commodes and wheelchairs and whole surgical products.
  • All special offer items.
  • All clearance items.
  • Opened cases.
  • Bulk orders.
  • Health smart products.
  • Air-tied container products.
  • Unclaimable product from manufacturer or supplier.

How long does it take to receive a refund

Provided you have followed the instructions from the CFC policy above, you should expect to receive your refund within 5 to 7 business days of giving your package to the return delivery. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the delivery (1 to 3 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 6 business days).

How do I receive a return authorization approval

CFC will provide you with approval via email. If you do not have an email address, we will make other accommodations. Then well pack your product(s) as we send it to you, write this number on your label affixed to your package. The Approval number must be placed on the package before your package is picked up by the delivery service.

Returning warranty included products

Should you need help in obtaining a manufacturer's or supplier's warranty service for an item you purchased from CFC Healthcare, please call 0761399657 and speak with the returns department. We will help you obtain the service covered under your manufacturer's or supplier's warranty. But certain products must be in the manufacturer requesting conditions and we have to communicate with the supplier about warranty reclaim possibilities in a certain product.


Due to the number of different manufacturers, we work with, all with their own returns policies, currently we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product simply set up a return with us and then place a new order for the preferred item.
